UV‑resistant treatment is a customized add‑on feature that was not requested or specified by you at any stage of our communication. We only manufactured the bags according to the material standards you approved initially. 2.The material grade used is exactly what you confirmed for this order. Normal pallet‑handling wear‑and‑tear can also be caused by improper stacking, loading/unloading or logistics operations beyond our control, rather than material defects. 3.The sealing performance of the bags fully complies with the agreed standard. Customer equipment limited would cause sealed properly. Fertilizer clumping due to moisture absorption is mostly related to the fertilizer’s own moisture content, storage environment and packaging‑filling conditions, which are outside our production scope.
